October is National Principals Month! We honor Unit 4 principals for their leadership, vision, and commitment to student success. Tag a principal who inspires you. Let’s make this month special for the leaders who make a difference every single day.

Today was the start of something special! Centennial High School student-athletes visited Booker T. Washington for the first time as part of BTW’s PBIS Celebration.

About 20 Chargers joined elementary students on the playground for games, including basketball and football, as well as plenty of other fun activities. The moment the high schoolers stepped outside, BTW students’ faces lit up, and from there it was non-stop fun. From tying shoes to teaching monkey bars, playing tag, duck-duck-goose, and red light-green light, the Chargers brought incredible energy and kindness.

This was the first of many monthly visits, and we’re excited to see the positive relationships grow between Centennial and BTW students.
